The Spirits & Mixers The collection is anchored by two exceptional bottles. We have included The Isle of Raasay Distillery 'The Draam' Single Malt alongside a crisp Rhidorroch Distillery Loch Achall Gin. To complete the perfect pour, the larder features Walter Gregor's Original Tonic Water and a highly unique Highland Boundary Gorse Wild Botanical Syrup.

The Charcuterie & Cheese To accompany the drinks, we have curated a deeply savoury board. The cheese selection pairs a smooth Connage Dairy Dunlop with the sharp bite of Highland Fine Cheeses Strathdon Blue. Sitting alongside these are two exceptional varieties of artisan meat, East Coast Cured Chorizo & Bourbon and East Coast Cured Salami Picante.

The Accompaniments To build the perfect bite, the collection includes crisp Stag Traditional Stornoway Cocktail Oatcakes and a sweet, tart jar of Rose Cottage Bramble Jelly.
