Produced in Glen Achall near Ullapool by Katie Scobie and Lawrie Quibell, Loch Achall Gin is a distinct small-batch spirit for the Scottish larder. Distilled on a historic estate cared for by the family across three generations, the distillery operates from a converted pony trekking shed on the water's edge.

Using crystal-clear water drawn from Loch Achall and hand-foraged botanicals gathered from the surrounding glens, the recipe incorporates gorse flower, rowan berries, heather, and wild juniper. Distilled in a small copper pot still, the spirit yields a bright, complex profile with delicate floral notes balanced by a clean hint of citrus.

Offering a robust base for the table, this gin serves best in a classic tonic, as an apéritif, or in a crafted cocktail.
