Exceptional Scottish Provenance
From Coast to Coast
While our studio sits on the shores of Ullapool, our search for excellence spans from coast to coast. We believe true luxury is found in authenticity; rather than relying on mass-produced names, we travel the length of Scotland to forge relationships with independent crofters and artisan producers. Every item is a hand-picked treasure, a culinary map that spans from the rugged, salt-aired Hebrides to the traditional larders of the fertile Lowlands. We bring these authentic gems together in a diverse larder that represents the very best of the Scottish landscape.

Sealed in the Highlands
THE PRESENTATION
We approach our presentation with the same uncompromising standards as the food and drink we curate.
Assembled entirely by hand in our Ullapool studio, our curations are presented in ink-black boxes, bound by bespoke cotton ribbon and finished with a hand-poured wax seal. The presentation is a tactile, deliberate reflection of the craftsmanship within.

A Personal Legacy Matured in the Highlands
From 'West Coast' to 'Croft & Coast'
Croft & Coast didn't start in a boardroom or a studio. It began over fourteen years spent behind the cheese counter of the West Coast Delicatessen in Ullapool. That shop was our world. It was there that we forged our palate and a deep-rooted respect for true Scottish provenance, and exactly what makes Scottish produce so special. We didn't just learn about fine food, we lived it.
When we lost the deli's wonderful owner, Shan, we knew we wanted to find a way to keep that spirit of excellence alive.
Jo and I founded Croft & Coast as a husband-and-wife team to do just that. Based in our boatyard studio, we're now sharing the very best of the Scottish larder with a wider audience, but we still pack every box with the same heart and obsessive eye for detail that we learned at the deli counter all those years ago.
