Because we work with independent Highland producers rather than mass manufacturers, our artisan Scottish gifting naturally follows the rhythms of the seasons. Should an individual item become temporarily unavailable, our studio will meticulously select a substitution of equal or greater provenance. We guarantee that the integrity of your Highland gift box will remain uncompromised.

Our luxury food hampers feature traditionally cured and freshly prepared Highland produce. We aim for a minimum shelf life of 10 days from the moment of delivery. While our studio packaging is designed to maintain a cool temperature during transit, we strongly advise that all fresh items (such as cheeses and smoked fish) are transferred to a refrigerator immediately upon arrival.

We take immense pride in our packaging, but should an item arrive in less than perfect condition, please notify our studio within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damage. We will immediately step in to arrange a replacement or solution.
