Our process begins across the rugged landscapes of the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We travel extensively from coast to coast to forge relationships with independent artisans, from traditional coastal smokehouses to small-batch Hebridean distilleries. By uncovering these hidden culinary gems, we ensure every product represents the very best of our national larder.

CRAFTED IN OUR HIGHLAND STUDIO
Inside our studio on the shores of Loch Broom, Ullapool, each luxury Scottish hamper is meticulously hand-assembled. We believe the presentation should equal the exceptional quality of the food. Every curation is packed securely in one of our sturdy, hand-embossed boxes, wrapped in a bespoke band and bound by our signature cotton ribbon. As a final mark of craftsmanship, every gift is finished with a hand-poured gold wax seal, our own personal seal of approval.
