Named after a nineteenth-century minister and botanist who served the historic parish of Pitsligo, the artisan mixer relies on botanicals cultivated directly from the minister's former walled garden.

Infused with natural quinine, lemongrass, citrus, and fresh mint, the tonic yields a clean, light profile.
