Produced on the Hebridean island of Raasay by the Isle of Raasay Distillery, 'The Draam' is a definitive single malt for the Scottish larder. Using mineral-rich water from an onsite well and local barley, the distillery revives island traditions through modern craft.

Aged using a six-cask maturation recipe across American rye whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine casks, the whisky yields a golden amber profile. It delivers a hint of wood smoke intertwined with tasting notes of dark cherries, blackberries, cinnamon spice, and a warm vanilla finish.
