The Spirits This collection caters to distinct palates with two premium bottles. It features the rich, complex profile of Isle of Raasay Single Malt Scotch Whisky alongside the crisp, botanical notes of Rhidorroch Distillery Loch Achall Gin.

The Savoury Board The grazing selection pairs a generous cut of hot smoked salmon with wild Great Glen Green Pepper Venison Salami. These are accompanied by a sharp Isle of Mull Cheddar and a smooth Highland Fine Cheeses Morangie Brie.

The Accompaniments To build the perfect savoury mouthful, the collection includes Stag Traditional Stornoway Cocktail Oatcakes and Pea Green Boat Cheese Sablés with Cumin. These pair perfectly with tangy Galloway Lodge Poachers Pickle and savoury Hawkhead Firecracker Whisky Smoked Cashews.

The Sweet Larder & Hot Drinks The experience continues into the morning with hand-blended PekoeTea Breakfast Blend and Haar High Tide Coffee. The sweet pantry features a traditional Nevis Bakery Dundee Cake, crumbly Tabrifics Original Scottish Tablet, Coco Sea Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate, and Chocolate Tree Bramble & Cardamom Dark Chocolate.
