Chocolate Tree sources single-origin cacao directly from cooperatives in Peru, roasting and stone-grinding the beans in small batches to create a robust 70% dark chocolate base.

The deep notes of the cocoa are cut by a scattering of tart, dried Scottish brambles. A subtle infusion of aromatic cardamom seeds introduces a warm, fragrant spice, delivering a complex and deeply satisfying finish.
