The Founder's Reserve is our most personal curation, built to honour a lifetime spent sourcing the very best of the Scottish larder. This flagship collection pairs an exceptional Hebridean single malt with our most uncompromising selection of artisan meat, cheese, and pantry provisions.

The Spirit The collection is anchored by a bottle of The Isle of Raasay Distillery 'The Draam' Single Malt, offering a complex, beautifully structured pour to accompany the grazing board.

The Charcuterie & Paté We have curated a robust selection of savoury provisions. The board features Great Glen Venison Chorizo alongside an East Coast Cured Salami Picante. To complement the cured meats, the larder includes three distinct spreads: a rich Findlater's Fine Foods Chicken Liver Paté, a delicate Smoked Salmon Paté, and a textured Red Lentil, Coconut & Sesame Seed Paté.

The Cheese & Accompaniments The cheese selection is equally expansive, pairing a wedge of Isle of Mull Cheddar with the sharp bite of Highland Fine Cheeses Strathdon Blue. To build the perfect mouthful, we have included crisp Stag Traditional Water Biscuits, best enjoyed with a generous spoonful of tangy Galloway Lodge Poachers Pickle.

The Wild Pantry & Finish This grand selection is completed with highly unique seasoning elements. It features foraged Highland Boundary Scots Pine syrup, smooth Cullisse Highland Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, and the satisfying mineral crunch of Blackthorn Scottish Sea Salt Flakes. The tasting journey concludes with a decadent Coco Isle of Skye Sea Salted Caramel & Milk Chocolate Bar.
