Produced in Linlithgow by Martin and Sara Henderson at Findlater's Fine Foods, this Red Lentil, Coconut and Sesame Seed Paté brings a plant-based profile to the Scottish larder. Originating as a house recipe for their local restaurant and delicatessen, the family established a dedicated kitchen to scale production while retaining small-batch methods.

Prepared using red lentils, butter, coconut cream, and toasted sesame seeds, the paté yields a smooth, velvety texture. Enhanced with smoky paprika, tomato purée, garlic, and a hint of Tabasco, it delivers a rich, savoury profile balanced by a subtle warmth.
