The Botanical Tonic To expand your beverage experience, the collection includes the highly unique Highland Boundary Gorse Wild Botanical Syrup. Crafted to capture the bright essence of the Highlands, this versatile syrup serves as the perfect mixer for a crisp, refreshing soft drink when topped with sparkling water, or it can be drizzled over desserts as a distinctively sweet artisan topping.
The Savoury Foundation For a deeply satisfying savoury bite, we have anchored the selection with a wedge of smooth Connage Dairy Dunlop cheese. This is perfectly paired with crisp Stag Traditional Stornoway Cocktail Oatcakes, offering a robust foundation for a mid-afternoon grazing board.
The Traditional Bakes We have curated a definitive selection of classic Scottish baking.
