This premium collection offers an exceptional evening tasting experience. The Alchemist's Dram pairs a distinctive Hebridean single malt with a carefully selected board of wild venison, raw milk cheese, and unique Highland mixers.

The Spirit & Mixer The centrepiece of this collection is a bottle of The Isle of Raasay Distillery 'The Draam' Single Malt. To perfectly complement the pour, the hamper includes Birkentree Highland Silver Sap Birchwater. This traditional Highland mixer is specifically designed to open up the complex notes of the whisky without overpowering it.

The Charcuterie & Cheese We have curated a robust savoury selection to accompany the dram. The board features the deep, peppery profile of Great Glen Green Pepper Venison Salami. Alongside the wild venison sits a sharp and complex wedge of Isle of Mull Cheddar.

The Accompaniments To build the perfect bite, the larder includes a box of crisp Stag Traditional Water Biscuits. For an additional savoury element, we have added a batch of Hawkhead Firecracker Whisky Smoked Cashews.

The Presentation

Every collection is assembled by hand in our West Coast studio. The contents are safely nestled within a rigid, ink-black presentation box to ensure a pristine arrival. Where necessary, fresh items are secured within an insulated foil pouch alongside gel ice packs to guarantee they remain perfectly chilled in transit. Each curation is wrapped in a Croft & Coast belly band printed on high-GSM, natural-coloured paper and bound with sage green cotton twill ribbon. As a final mark of craftsmanship, the gift is finished with a hand-pressed gold wax seal of approval and a sprig of dried Scottish heather.
