This is our definitive sweet collection. The Highland Tea pairs premium Scottish roasts and blends with an extensive selection of traditional baking, preserves, and artisan chocolate.

The Tea & Coffee This collection introduces premium hot drinks to the suite. It features a tin of hand-blended PekoeTea Breakfast Blend Loose Leaf Tea alongside a bag of Haar High Tide Coffee. For a highly unusual twist on traditional sweetness, we have included a bottle of Highland Boundary Wild Botanical Gorse Syrup, a refreshing addition to sparkling water, or a delicious sweet drizzle over ice cream or pancakes.

The Bakes & Preserves The pantry includes a Nevis Bakery Dundee Cake, Island Bakery Lemon Melts, and traditional Westray Bakehouse Shortbread. These are accompanied by Jam Bothy Raspberry & Gin Jam and Heather Hills Scottish Heather Honey.

The Confectionery The experience concludes with a bar of Coco Sea Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate, Chocolate Tree Bramble & Cardamom Dark Chocolate, and crumbly Tabrifics Original Scottish Tablet.
