This premium collection is a robust celebration of Scottish artisan charcuterie. The Ghillie provides a deeply savoury tasting experience, offering an exceptional selection of wild venison and cured meats for the dedicated food enthusiast.

The Cured Meats We have curated a robust selection of exceptional meats to anchor this collection. The board features the deep, peppery profile of Great Glen Green Pepper Venison Salami. This is perfectly matched with a rich Great Glen Venison Chorizo. To complete the savoury profile, we have included two distinct varieties from East Coast Cured: a warming Chorizo & Bourbon and a sharply spiced Salami Picante.

The Accompaniments To build the perfect bite, the larder includes a box of crisp Stag Traditional Water Biscuits. These provide an ideal foundation for layering the meats, best enjoyed with a generous spoonful of textured Galloway Lodge Mustard. For an additional savoury element, we have added a batch of Hawkhead Firecracker Whisky Smoked Cashews.

Please note: As we work with small independent Scottish producers, our larder relies on natural, small-batch production; we may occasionally need to substitute a specific flavour or product within your curation.
