The Catch At the heart of this premium collection is our local Ullapool smoked salmon, prepared just moments from our own boatyard studio. This delicate coastal catch provides a beautifully rich texture that acts as the perfect centrepiece for any grazing board.

The Charcuterie We have carefully paired the seafood with the dark, peppery richness of wild Scottish venison chorizo from Great Glen. Sitting alongside it is the East Coast Cured Salami Picante, which brings a robust depth of flavour to the selection. Together, these distinct meats showcase the absolute pinnacle of authentic Scottish produce.

The Accompaniments To build the perfect bite, we have included crisp Stag Water Biscuits, rustic Oatcakes and Hawk Head nuts. These provide an ideal foundation for layering the meats and salmon.

The Artisan Finish The tasting experience is elevated by two essential Highland finishing touches. The beautifully golden Cullisse Rapeseed Oil brings a smooth, buttery note to the seafood, while the distinct crystals of Blackthorn Salt deliver a satisfying, mineral crunch to finish the dish.
