The Pour The foundation of this collection is a delicate, aromatic loose-leaf tea from Pekoe. It is a refined blend designed to cut through the richness of the accompanying bakes, add a touch of sweetness with a restorative spoonful of Heather Hills Honey.
The Traditional Bakes We have selected a trio of exceptional Scottish bakes. The centrepiece is a classic, rich fruit Nevis Bakery Dundee Cake. Alongside it sits a traditional Westray Round Shortbread, baked for a perfect, buttery melt. For a bright citrus note, we have included a box of Island Bakery Lemon Melts, delightfully dipped in smooth white chocolate.
The Sweet Pantry To elevate your afternoon spread, the hamper features the vibrant Jam Bothy Raspberry and Gin Jam. This premium preserve acts as a versatile standalone luxury, crafted to bring a burst of bright, spirited fruit to warm scones, morning toast, or your favourite home baking.
The Confectionery Finish The tasting experience concludes with a selection of premium Scottish chocolate.
