This premium collection offers a deeply savoury exploration of Scotland's artisan pantry. The Hillstalker's Larder pairs robust wild venison and traditional black pudding with sharp regional cheese, creating a definitive grazing board for the dedicated food enthusiast.

The Charcuterie & Cheese The board is anchored by the legendary Charles Macleod Stornoway Black Pudding. Alongside it sits a sharp and complex wedge of Isle of Mull Cheddar. To complete the savoury profile, we have included two exceptional artisan meats: a rich Great Glen Venison Chorizo and a sharply spiced East Coast Cured Salami Picante.

The Accompaniments To build the perfect bite, the collection features crisp Stag Traditional Stornoway Cocktail Oatcakes and rich Stag Bakeries All Butter Cheese Straws baked with Highland Dunlop. These provide an ideal foundation for layering, best enjoyed with a generous spoonful of tangy Galloway Lodge Poachers Pickle.

The Sweet Finish The tasting experience concludes with a classic Scottish confection, featuring a bar of traditional, crumbly Tabrifics Original Scottish Tablet.
