The Embers Collection
This luxury collection is an invitation to slow down. Built around a robust artisan coffee roast, it pairs traditional Scottish bakes with exceptional chocolate to create a comforting fireside ritual.
The Brew At the centre of this collection is a deeply aromatic roast from Haar Coffee. It provides a rich, warming foundation designed to be brewed slowly and enjoyed over a quiet afternoon.
The Traditional Bakes To accompany the coffee, we have selected a classic, rich fruit Nevis Bakery Dundee Cake. Sitting alongside it is a box of Island Bakery Lemon Melts, offering a bright citrus note dipped in smooth white chocolate.
The Confectionery The tasting experience is completed with a selection of premium Scottish sweets. The larder includes traditional, crumbly Tabrifics Tablet. For the chocolate selection, we have paired a decadent Coco Chocolatier Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate bar with the complex, fruity notes of a Chocolate Tree Bramble and Cardamom dark chocolate bar.
Please note: As we work with small independent Scottish producers, our larder relies on natural, small-batch production; we may occasionally need to substitute a specific flavour or product within your curation. Any alternative selected by the studio will always reflect our uncompromising standards and perfectly match the quality of the original.

The Presentation
Every collection is assembled by hand in our West Coast studio. The contents are safely nestled within a rigid, ink-black presentation box to ensure a pristine arrival. Where necessary, fresh items are secured within an insulated foil pouch alongside gel ice packs to guarantee they remain perfectly chilled in transit. Each curation is wrapped in a Croft & Coast belly band printed on high-GSM, natural-coloured paper and bound with sage green cotton twill ribbon. As a final mark of craftsmanship, the gift is finished with a hand-pressed gold wax seal of approval and a sprig of dried Scottish heather.
