We selected the estate for its contemporary winemaking style and its genuine connection to the Scottish diaspora, offering a global counterpart to our native Scottish larder.

Suilven Chardonnay Taking its name from the peak located just north of our studio in Ullapool, this Chardonnay represents an exceptional expression of Adelaide Hills fruit. It is a textured, complex wine that balances a mineral core with layered stone fruit and a savoury depth. It provides a grounding anchor to any celebratory curation, offering a nod to the link between our Highland landscape and international viticulture.
