The Great Escape Chardonnay Sourced from the cool, high-altitude vineyards of the Adelaide Hills, this Chardonnay offers a crisp, refreshing profile. By picking the fruit early to preserve natural acidity and avoiding heavy oak, the estate has created a lean, balanced wine. It delivers a white peach character and a clean finish that pairs naturally with traditional cold-smoked Highland salmon.
