This collection provides a curated and intimate grazing experience. The Evening Larder pairs wild Scottish venison with velvety patés and rich regional cheese, offering the perfect selection for a relaxed evening spread.

The Charcuterie & Paté The board is anchored by a robust selection of wild Scottish meat, featuring Great Glen Green Pepper Venison Salami and Great Glen Venison Chorizo. Alongside the charcuterie, we have included two exceptional spreads: a rich Findlater's Fine Foods Chicken Liver Paté and a delicate Findlater's Fine Foods Smoked Salmon Paté.

The Cheese To complement the savoury meats, the larder includes a smooth, creamy round of Highland Fine Cheeses Morangie Brie.

The Accompaniments To build the perfect bite, the collection offers crisp Stag Traditional Stornoway Cocktail Oatcakes and Stag Traditional Water Biscuits. These provide an ideal foundation for layering, best enjoyed with a generous spoonful of tangy Galloway Lodge Poachers Pickle or a drizzle of Heather Hills Pure Honey from Wild Flowering Highland Heather.
