Produced in France, this Champagne is available as an optional addition to our Scottish curations. We selected the house for its historic ties to the Scottish diaspora, offering a pairing for our native coastal seafood and mature cheeses.

The Champagne pours a light golden colour, releasing aromas of white peach, apricot, and citrus. On the palate, it yields a smooth, creamy texture driven by ripe stone fruits and green apple, culminating in a dry finish with notes of toasted brioche.
