Highland Boundary Wild Scottish Bitters (100ml)

Produced at Kirklandbank Farm near Alyth by Dr Marian Bruce and Simon Montador, Highland Boundary Wild Scottish Bitters bring an innovative botanical profile to the Scottish larder. Situated along the geological line of the Highland Boundary Fault, the distillery blends scientific research with wild foraging, spending seven years developing what is considered the first aromatic cocktail bitter made entirely from native Scottish plants.

The recipe incorporates twenty hand-picked woodland botanicals, individually prepared to draw out their natural essence. The bitters yield a complex profile, balancing wild herbal notes and forest freshness with a deep, sophisticated bitterness. Featuring a zero-plastic design, the bottle avoids conventional plastic droppers in favour of precise measurement by cap or teaspoon.

Offering a versatile provision for the bar, these bitters elevate classic cocktails such as an old fashioned or a whisky sour, and lend depth to marinades or desserts.
