Produced in Fife by the team at Feragaia, this pioneering spirit brings a complex, alcohol-free profile to the Scottish larder. Bypassing traditional production entirely, the distillery uses a combination of traditional distillation and vacuum technology to extract the essence of fourteen land and sea botanicals.

The spirit opens with crisp citrus notes of lemon verbena, kaffir lime, and blackcurrant leaf, transitioning into a herbaceous body of wild chamomile, pink peppercorn, and coastal seaweed. It culminates in a long, warming finish driven by cayenne pepper and a light wood smoke.
