Deep in the Scottish Highlands, small-scale crofters and independent makers are producing some of the country’s most extraordinary culinary treasures. The Croft Collection is an upcoming, ever-evolving series dedicated entirely to these hyper-local, seasonal harvests.
Because we will source directly from micro-producers whose yields are dictated by nature rather than commercial demand, these curations will be produced in strictly limited, micro-batch allocations, they will offer an invitation to experience the rarest, most authentic flavours of the Scottish larder.
