Introducing the Makers Passport

When Jo and I first developed the concept for Croft & Coast, we knew the contents of our hampers had to reflect the absolute pinnacle of Scottish produce. Having spent over fourteen years running a physical delicatessen here in Ullapool, we learned that the true value of exceptional food and drink lies in its provenance. It is anchored by the people who craft it and the landscapes that shape it.

We created the Makers Passport to share these stories with you. This journal is a dedicated space to highlight the independent producers, foragers, and distillers who share our dedication to uncompromising quality and authentic flavour.

Through these profiles, we want to connect you directly with the artisans who make our curated collections possible, showing you exactly where your food and drink originates.
